Done It!!

Well I have finally managed to strike a deal, and I drive down to Sydney in the Monaro, to swap it with a bit of cash for a red manual 370Z tomorrow.

I cannot compliment Florence from Randwick Nissan enough, it was an easy deal to sort, and unlike the other dealers I dealt with, she wanted to sell the car they had, and so offered me a realistic change-over price.

This was all I was after, hopefully I will have as much enjoyment with the new car, as I have had with the old one for the past four years.

good for you

you are in QLD arent you?

Colesy 11-05-2009 05:07 PM

Yes I am in Brissie Mr Ed.

The weather certainly didn't help the drive back, but the people at Randwick Nissan were tremendous in assisting me to get out the door with the car as quick as possible yesterday. I managed to get back at 11.30 last night despite the weather.

Congrats

I wonder how many 370Z's have been sold in Australia now.

I saw your red 370 at randwick while I was having mine serviced. The dealers were very surprised when I asked "is that for the guy in brisbane"

It does look good in the red. Enjoy

Colesy 11-06-2009 03:11 AM

Yes they told me AH370Z, Florence thought it was really weird you asking about the guy from Brisbane, thought it was a small World, as they didn't know about this forum.

I agree it does look good in red, I originally was going to go for the yellow until I saw it in the flesh next to a red one.

Either that or true stupidity Sap. :icon17:

It was certainly a good way to get to know the car though, the more I drive it the more I like it.

So did you take advantage of not having any plates on the car on the drive back :driving: lol

The weather was terrible, it was hard to see let alone speed, but there was a certain bridge in Sydney that I believe you had to pay tolls on:ohsnap1:
