Hi All,

I’ve been going through all the settings in the factory navigation and it seems like there isn’t an option to avoid toll roads.

Can anyone find the toll setting anywhere?

It's there, but regradless of whether it's on or off it seems to take tollways anyways. Only way i've found around this problem is turning on 'avoid motorways' which also avoids the freeways which is a pain...

No, just a thought.....what about the "avoid" option somewhere in there?

I have been told that in the next update for the Nav that it will include fixed camera locations!!:happydance:

how are the updates applied? Are they free?

To my knowledge, you can perhaps avoid toll points by manually avoiding a specific part of a motorway but that is just plain stupid because as if you will sit there and mapping out all the toll point around Australia.

Where did you get the news on the update? Any idea where the update can be purchased?

Fixed speed/red cameras and toll points are a MUST!!! for the next update!

Thats what I mean, the option to 'avoid tollway' is there, you can turn it on and off, but it calculates routes with tollways regardless.

How did u find "Avoid Tollway" could you please tell us where it is? I cant see the word "toll" anywhere.

Seems like I got it mixed up with googlemaps 'directions'. Finally got around to fiddling with the nav/map options, and you're right, there is no avoid tollway option.

Anyone here know where and when you can get the updates for the nav?

Only through Nissan I think. Pitty it's not available on the torrents. ;)
