It sounds like you have interrupted power to the gauges. I'd first check all the fuses (could have blown one during removal of amps) and then the connectors going to

It sounds like you have interrupted power to the gauges. I'd first check all the fuses (could have blown one during removal of amps) and then the connectors going to the gauges (could have knocked loose). The FSM may help identify wiring for gauges (see link in my sig).
