Im not sure you will get the bass response from this as I put my 6x9's there and did not like at all. I havent heard it yet with the 8's there tho.
I was initially thinking some 5 1/4's but decided to us my 3-1/2's slots and buy the JL microsub. Waiting for my sub then tune and hopefully I have the sound Im looking for.
