I looked in the stickies and didn't see any how-tos. How hard is it to replace the door speakers? Does the grill just pop off, or does the entire door

How hard is it to replace the door speakers? Does the grill just pop off, or does the entire door panel have to come off? I'm thinking just replacing with 6.5'' speakers. Thanks
