Sony MEX-GS810BH, App Remote, Android tabletTablet

Anybody tried this out yet? it seems that one could hook the tablet to deck using Sony's App Remote App (only reason I would get a sony deck). Reason I want to do it this way is so I can have the single din controlled from the tablet with the tablets library using the reciever to do the preouts to the amp, and then i could pair my phone to the tablet via usb vpn and use both the tablet and the phones libraries, hands free from the phone, and tether the data from my phone to the tablet to run google nav (I also have offline nav on my tablet via navigon)

sounds to me like it would be easier to hire a bunch of people off craigslist along the route you're going to travel, email them approximate times for your drive by, and have them stand at the street corners near all of your turns, and point in the direction you need to go. In addition, hire vocalists for each genre of music you like, move them into your home, and put them on call 24/7, and when you leave for a ride, choose one to travel along and sing to you.
I'm just sayin' lol
