I wouldn't give you a cent for crimp connectors. Use solder and heat shrink and take the extra time to make them solid.

Good idea, especially for high ampacity wiring. But many people can't solder correctly (or don't want to solder at all) and speaker wires don't carry much current. Check out the factory wiring harnesses - crimp connections with no solder.

You can always solder/shrink the crimp connector, if you're so inclined.

I would do a twist together and heat shrink at least. Yeah solder even took me a while to get the hang of but once you have it down your good to roll.
