Additional help needed... i am going to be installing a single 10" and mono amp, if i mod the speakers, is a 4-channel necessary? If so, is a cap necessary

If so, is a cap necessary at this point? In my old IS250 in which installed 2 12" and modded all 12 speakers, i had 3 amps, 1 cap, and an extra battery. Need help...
