Fitting another Nissan navigation in a 370z?

In the VW world where I come from basically all units are plug and play save for adding a GPS antenna. I'm hoping that the difference in the CAN wiring is something simple like for communication with the Sirius tuner assuming it's not built in.
I don't know why I typed 370Z Navi when I should have typed any Nissan Navi other than 370.

Already did, the Sentra has extra pins for ground (no big deal to add), speed sensor (navigation lockout maybe?), can-H and can-L. Speakers and power are all the same.
