Bluetooth

So my Z and wife's Rogue are bluetooth equipped what we are finding is that everytime we switch cars we have to pair our phones to the units instead of these just recognizing each other's phone as the main phone and that's kind of a drag as all of previous rides this happened automatically....any ideas?..:ugh2:

I don't understand the question. Are you saying you haven't saved the pairing of each device to your unit so all you have to do is turn bluetooth on your phone?

Today we switched cars and we have done this in the past and had to pair our phones to each vehicle every time we did this. I went thru the entire search, pair and save but it only appears to save it on our phones as my reads my Z and her my Rogue but the units on both cars do not seem to recognize them when we switch, well I guess I will do some more research and worse scenario I'll go back to the dealer and see if anyone there has had similar issues, thanks guys for making me laugh

Well most BT radios can store more than one phone relationship, but last paired is first paired. If you and your wife get in the car simultaneously with BT on both devices, and both devices have been paired previously with the radio, it should always re-pair with the last device paired. I would advise reading the O/M thoroughly in the BT section.

I think is more her Rogue than the Z, I took my car back yesterday and she called me and I was able to speak and also listen to my music stored in my phone without having to do anything. On the Rogue forum I just found out that the nav needs a software upgrade so let's see, thanks guys for your thoughts and advise :tiphat:

So, how the "HEK" did it go? Get everything sorted out? When you said software upgrade you had my attention.
