Installed it on the Drivers side Tag light, and it was pretty dead center in the rear of the car. Picture quality was very good in the day time, and grainy as expected at night, but still very clear. It had line markings that I measured at 1ft and 2 ft.
Simple enough install, positive, ground, and HU RCA connector. Tapped the power wire into my reverse bulb wire so it came on with the reverse lights on the HU. Great little unit for the price. |
I went with this one as well. Amazon has them listed for like $15 shipped via Prime. Good day light image and grainy at night. Still gives a clear enough image for backing up at night. Cant beat the price and OEM look.
