Default Xm radio issues

Just brought my 370anniversary addition xm worked great had my previous subscription transferred over from sirius all of a sudden my sat stops working. Once I refresh the signal it works, but when I turn the car off and start it again I get unauthorized channels. I called xm they say it's something wrong with the av unit. This all started after I changed my car battery. Now every time I want to listen to xm I have to refresh the signal. I disconnected battery for 20 mins but still no luck. Radio memory is fine because channels stay there just satellite. Has any one had this issue?
