cruise wiring?
I'm not sure if this is where to post this, but I'm trying to relocate my cruise control for uprev purposes after an aftermarket wheel install, but I cannot find any wiring schematics for the cruise. Can anybody help me with this?

See the EC section of the FSM (description starts on page EC-61 in the 2009 FSM; wiring diagrams start at page EC-535). Nissan calls cruise control "AUTOMATIC SPEED CONTROL DEVICE (ASCD)".

Has anyone successfully relocated their cruise control switches? (on the 370z)

I did find the resistance values when I was scanning through that section.

Now comes the hard part - finding switches and enclosure that will look nice. Good luck and keep us posted. TIA Edit: I'm not sure how picky the ECU is about the resistance/voltage but, if you run into problems, check the resistance of the two wires going to the ECU and makes sure they are close to what the factory wiring is. |
I got a little creative with my wiring... I purchased another clock spring and took the ribbon wire out of it and wired it up to the cruise, and left the one behind the steering wheel and running the horn off of that one. So basically I'm using two clock springs. Everything is working great.
Im using the stock cruise buttons for now. http://i189.photobucket.com/albums/z...2950_553_1.jpg |
