Current audio setup:
Kenwood DDX419 HU
Alpine Type-S Subwoofer
Alpine Mono Amp
Bose non-nav speakers/amp

What would sound better?

These speakers ran off my HU's amp?
Alpine SXE-1750S (Alpine Type-E components)

there is no answer to that question since no one hears the same as another, what sounds good to one person may sound like crap to another. as for alpines, i have not heard anything bad about them.

Oh well just looking for opinions. Maybe someone did something similar to this and had some input.

Any idea on the rms wattage of these BOSE speakers?

What to know about Bose

that thread is everything bose. might want to see if big chimes in with that answer

A new set of speakers would be better than any bose stock speakers especially going through the new head unit. having said that I would go with a better set of speakers like polk mm's or even focal polyglass which is now called the Access

It's not much like 18-22 watts RMS but keep in mind they are 2 ohms so you would blow our your head units amp and also there is no external crossover as it's built into the bose amp. Best bet is to remove and install new
