automatics windows don't work correctly after door speaker swap?

Didn't work on my '13 even had the dealership replace the window motor and reset my ECU... Now what do I do?

Just had it happen to my '11 NISMO..... the dealer was checking a bad speaker for replacement before the warranty goes in 2 months. You'd think the dealer would know better. Forums are great!
