What I am putting in.
 

It seems that the most common question I get to me is. What are you going to put in your Z? Not what would you recommend for me. So I decided because I am bored as well as enjoy making threads to write up what I am going to have in MY Z. Enjoy!

Head unit
This is the first thing and always a start to a good system. I have a small gps and do not travel a lot. So I do not need a gps built in. But I do like the double dins. I do not like to fallow what everyone else puts in and because gps is not a priority I am going with a Alpine IVA-W203.

Now if I decide to go with a standard head unit it will be a Alpine 9887 because it has the best features of any head unit and is very well built.

Amp
This is the next stage of the system. A good amp is almost as important as a good pair of speakers. Audison amps have some of the best SQ amps out there. And you pay for that lol. I am going with a 5 channel audison LRX 5.1k
It will power my front speakers with 2 channels for tweeters and 2 channels for woofers and one for my amp. "this is a different way of connecting speakers than the standard way"

Speakers
Image Dynamics is my choice for this. I have loved how smooth they sound and how they are easy to control as well. "tweeters I mean"

Sub
Image dynamics Q subs are great for SQ setups. Also will get loud if you want them to. I am going with a 12 for my own personal reasons but the 10 is also a good one.

HAH you know it is good, just do not want to spend 900 bucks one speakers like you do Mike. You know it will be good.
