What you guys think pioneer x1500dvd does have pandora already built in no need for iphone
Nice! Did you do it yourself?
Yes
cool. i run 4500BT's in my G and Z, and 2500BT in my dd. :) im a pandora-one user myself so i like how i can just stream off my android phone via BT without even taking it out of my pocket.
I've been contemplating about getting a head unit as well. Is there a brand or model that is highly recommended?
I'm not much of a car audio fanatic but the Bose setup does sound good to me. I do stream pandora a whole lot and hate having to plug in my phone all the time. |
pioneers run pandora native from the screen. if you're going to use the bose amp, you will want to get a pioneer with the 4V+ preamp. usually all 7" doubledin ones from pioneer have the 4V preamps.
my G has the bose system and while i swapped out the speakers, still using the bose amp. i run the 4500BT (this is a 2013 model). check 4600BT's features and preamp specs. should be very similar to my 4500BT, but a 2014 model. |
Hope it dims for you at night. I had one in my 350Z and it was too bright even at the lowest settings. Drove me nuts. Nice deck tho and I hope it doesnt blind you.

I did not go this route again and went with an Alpine dual din regular deck on my 370z. |

alpine's okay..they're kind of obsolete these days though last time i checked. i would go either pioneer or kenwood. |
