hummm... i suppose that might be the 'proper way.' i dont think they bother to remove the panel for most installs though and squeegiee the film into the door.

so are you planning to bring the car into the tint shop without the door panel?
would that mean cracked glass when the guys unknowingly close the door since the autoroll down wont work?

or will it still roll down?
