991HD is Wi-Fi Enabled which gives you access to world of options.
And it has 3D terrain maps.

I think the nicest feature is the capacitive touch display.

Quality control. They want to make sure units are all good. That is what I am told.

Got my DDX8901HD thanks to Nazar! Installation is almost complete as I'm trying to finish installing the rearview camera. So far it is working well, and goodness it sounds pretty good out of the box. The unit does have some lag when switching between menus, so hopefully firmware updates improves this. USB playback is great (super fast compared to the DDX-814).

Any update on the DNN991HD?

It's not in stock on Crutchfield either. It says ship date is unknown, but you can add it to the cart. :icon14:

anyone have this unit fully installed? Any issues with the install? Getting mine put in tomorrow with back -up camera and wired for connection to a android phone. Anyone have pics of one installed?

I have a DNN991HD and want to install it myself. Does anyone have the wiring harness for the Roadster so I can figure out what I need to connect to?
