Lol, just messing brother. I love this forum. I got help with CALCULUS from a member in Ohio when it was 1-2AM his time. How awesome is that?
And on topic, I've used optical a lot, I didn't know the cord fits with the protectors on, lol

Asking questions isn't stupid. Breaking your equipment because you didn't ask a question is stupid.

OK, there are some stupid questions but yours isn't one of them.

Lucky you didn't break the actual device like my neighbor did shoving one of those capped fiber cables into a apple tv.

yeaaaaah, pretty used to hearing that lol. Luckily my students liked me even with hating math lol I think the fact that they liked my car with a better subsystem than all of theirs, my bike, and they could just tell i partied harder than all of them as much as i denied it when they brought it up, helped a lot lol i was 'that' teacher haha
