Fuse/link locations and specs are in the FSM. Checking fuses with a voltmeter or test light is much more accurate than eyeballing it.
I used a voltmeter to check all the fuses. I am thinking/hoping it could be a fusable link since I couldn't see smoke or smell anything burnt. I am not familiar with fusable links at all. Where would be a good place to look for them? I will have to get a fsm to help with this.
