I searched open box opportunities at BestBuy (you gotta search wide) and got a $900 Alpine navigation HU for $299. Say what you want about BestBuy or open box deals, but I saved a ton and had the assurance of knowing I could return the HU for any reason, even after installation.

Might be worth a shot.

I picked up a clarion nx501 refurb at sonixelectronic.com for 369.00 2 weeks ago. A little more but has nav.

I have the alpine deck and it sounds good. Bluetooth, pandora, and overall sound quality is exceptional.

Update:

I been searching and shopping for a while. I finally found a deal on a decent hu. I picked up a kenwood ddx470 from the local Fry's. They have them listed $249.99. I also bought two rca wires to hook up the component amp and the bass amp. I'm now satisfied with my set-up. Everything is good however I wish I had another 200 watts for my sub.
