The nav is worth it for me.
It's like whomever wrote the software for it actually sat down with all the other nav's on the market and took the features that worked/were nice, and bundled them all up into one. It's great because I actually go places |

I've had loaner Infinitis with the keyless ignition and find it uncomfortable to have a big wad of keys and the remote stuck in my pocket while driving. You guys must wear those baggy gangsta pants.

You could put the key in the cupholder. What about when you get out of the car and sit down at a table keys still in your pocket. Almost every car has a remote probably your 04' does too. Sit on couch at friends or you prefer to stand?

I always have my keys in the pocket when I am sitting or doing anything anyway. The keys do not come out of my pants until my pants come off. It was like that since forever. This intelligent key is not any larger than a typical key. Actually you don't even need the remote, you just need the key itself from the remote. The key alone as well as remote alone will let you unlock and start he car.

I to love the nav! plus the look of having it makes it look 100x better IMO
(especially for us Canadian 40th anniversary owners who got it, unlike the American suckers!!!!) But as for the key issue being big and bulky, my solution is to keep all my car keys on separate key chains with there own special key chain/emblem to help me I have a Nissan emblem holding my 300zx keys, the Z key fob is on a Nismo key chain and then my work and house keys are on a big key loop with a climbers clip for easy access. |
