Woofersetc, is another unauthorized Pioneer dealer "grey market" as stated above. your paying a little less money but when theres a problem its gonna take weeks to straighten out rather than going back to the authorized dealer and getting an immediate replacement. Its weird you have so many issues with Pioneer, Ive installed at least 8 of their double din nav units this year without one complaint.
