well you could fix video with a constant high powered infrared array, people can't see it but a strong enough IR can wash a camera. I know it can be done with an IR laser which is dangerous as hell, it has to be bright enough to over power the cameras IR filter. Night vision security cameras are owened by IR LEDS.
