I usually swear by Bose for all my other electronics at home. Surround sound systems, outdoor speakers, etc. I find that the clarity is pretty good and their built with quality. I don't know nearly as much about car audio but the Z's Bose system serves my needs just fine. P.S. Keep in mind that I don't really like my music crazy loud or heavy bass.
