Using a tiny screwdriver helps but it was mostly force that got mine out. One or two had bent retainers when they came out but you can carefully bend them

Using a tiny screwdriver helps but it was mostly force that got mine out. One or two had bent retainers when they came out but you can carefully bend them back and they should be OK. The best way is a proprietary pin remover specific to that type of connector but I have no idea on the details for that. You could also get a second connector and cut it up for the pins.
