Neither. WAY overpriced, and there are kits that are just as good out there for less than 1/2 that money.
Try looking at Db link for one. Amazon always has good deals on these things, as well. Read the reviews, and make sure you are getting a true 4 gauge wire. Heres just one example for you http://www.amazon.com/DB-PK4Z-Series...amp+wiring+kit

Kicker if you can find them at a good price are great however I am starting to love Knu Konceptz more and more. make sure your getting OFC (oxygen free copper) if you get a kit.

There are A LOT of fakes out there. they claim to be 4 gauge and the outer jacket of the wire will be almost a quarter inch thick and your barely getting an 8 gauge wire. I used KnuKonceptz Kolossus 4 Gauge and i was very happy with it. It truly is a 4 gauge wire but is very pliable and easy to route plus the cost is awesome compared to the other way overpriced name brands (kicker, monster etc)
here is an example of "wanna be" cheap 4 gauge the blue is KnuKonceptz http://www.knukonceptz.com/Images/wirecloseup.JPG

The Rockford fosgate kit is legit. And there power cables are true gauge which means they Mesure the wire size without the plastic coating on the out side. Very high quality product

Knu Koncepts does make a good kit as well.
I've seen other "Name Brand" kits run upwards of $200, but at the end of the day, you can find a kit just as good for Under $50.
