you have the ASWC? if so, pm bigaudiofanat cause he seems to know how to work it. the ASWC i have is my very first that i will be attempting to hookup on my dd.

my Z and G, and previous cars all used PAC with no issue.

yah, i hear the aswc can be pretty tricky if it doesnt recognize the car and headunit. i think it's suppose to be able to take manual programming too...
but then that completely defeats the purpose, and costs 1.5x more than pac.

yeah thats what they say...but. what's funny is that I dont really ever use the steering wheel controls since they are too low for me. I guess i want them just because i can lol

Are you certain that you plugged the 3.5mm jack into the right location? (I mention this because I made this mistake originally )

Make certain you are plugged into the "Wired remote input" not the "AUX jack"

I looked at those and pretty sure it was plugged into the correct jack shown below.

if you're taking about the steering control you need to use the 3.5mm input with W/R or R/W or watever on the far right.

i just got done installing a 2500BT in my honda using ASWC. no issues. the scroll in FM is still the same as my PAC in my Z running 4500BT with only going up a few increments in frequency, does not jump to the next preset. oh well. i dont really use FM so no biggie for me.

BT worked and i placed the mic in my honda where jenz has it on her Z.
