Hi Folks,
Looking to purchase a new Z and have been studying your past conversations. Forgive me if this has been covered but I haven't found it... Question on the modern Nav unit: While using the streaming feature (audio books / music / podcasts / etc) from my phone, I still want to receive calls and make them. I've downloaded and read the manuals. They state that when bonding the phone with the car Bluetooth systems one has to make a choice: Are you connecting a Bluetooth device to use with the hands free phone system? For audio devices, please select “No.” They also says: Note: Selecting “Yes” will only connect the hands free phone portion of a Bluetooth device. So does selecting “No” connect both hands free and steaming audio? The way the question is worded makes it not obvious. Again, the goal is to use the phones audio capabilities and still have a phone. I know there are many 3rd party solutions. Curious about the Nav option. Thanks in advance. Jon |
