370Z - 2009 Reversing Camera

I guess having a backup camera is not meant to be for me. I finally ordered from Navtoolproducts seller on ebay like others here have but the seller put off shipping for over a month after receiving payment. Communication was extremely vague and slow. Seller's last message to me was that he was shipping the next day but that I had to close my case I had opened with ebay to ship. Another week went by with no navtool or response. Ebay then tells me they can't help me because I closed the case. TOTAL BS IMHO. Never had a worse buying experience. I had to fight with ebay all week to get a refund. Future buyers beware.

I've been doing business buying and selling on Ebay since July 2000 with very little negative transactions. I think when I purchased my Navtool on Ebay, it was directly from them. Best of luck and you should be able to receive refund.

Sorry to hear that. My experience with them was all positives! Ranging from my initial email with them all the way to purchase and delivery. They even referred me to an installer in my area! It worked out so well that I purchased a DVD player as well. But I did not go through Ebay. I went right to Navtool directly.
