Buying Navigation system questions

I'm considering buying a 370 but most of them don't come with the Navigation system. I've seen them and I like them in the cars that have them. Is it a hard thing to find and have added to the car and how much is the Nissan system new or used.

Thanks

Buy a Touring model with it already installed or an aftermarket. It would be multiple thousands of dollars to add the Nissan Navi to a Z that didn't come with it pre-installed.

Current estimate is 2k+ just alone for parts, the navigation/audio system also integrates into the A/C system which requires different controls.

OK great.... So buying one off ebay is out of the question....
Thanks for the info

I think the estimate was $5k

Also once you get the factory navigation it will be very hard to upgrade it to anything else.

Yeah, I don't know if I have ever seen one on eBay or anywhere.
Modern cars are integrating more pieces together making it a bit tougher. A/C programmed in, different wiring harnesses, retarded prices for basic components.

Yeah, I only ever did the parts list, as I pulled some for my build and and used them. Ended finding out the screen alone is 1k. :shakes head:

You can always add a nice navigation system that steams your music, Bluetooth, and allot more. I have a Pioneer system that was installed in my car and most people believe it's factory. It's all about what you want. I wanted the price point of the base model but to ditch the factory pos radio imop.

Thanks for the help I'm just going to only look at cars that have it already.
