upgrading to Premium Connect?
 

Hi all,
I have a 2009 370Z GT with sat nav bose system etc but is not the premium connect with touch screen and Ipod interface.

I have been given the chance to get the full Premium connect system with Screen, Radio, bascially everything, does anyone know if its just a simple straight swap to remove my old unit and replace it with the full premium connect system?

I am not sure what premium connect is, so I am not sure if i'll be much help. As long as the harnesses are the same in the rear they should work properly. However do not take my word on this one.

Sorry to say this is not possible. I also have an '09 370Z with the Birdview nav and tried to retrofit a Premium Connect system to it.

The loom is different but that is the 'simple' thing to fix!

I am working on a Carputa now, I am bench testing one at the moment. The plan is to replace the existing screen with a Lilliput touchscreen so I can switch between the existing Nav and new in-car PC.

hi mate where do you get the RSGB convertor from? i persume all this does in converts the standard Nissan output into another signal?
