Is it possible to change the speakers and add an amp and a real sub with the factory radio with Nav? If it is I am seriously considering doing it

Is it possible to change the speakers and add an amp and a real sub with the factory radio with Nav? If it is I am seriously considering doing it and would probably drive up to Jersey to have you do the install.
