Can you have the dealership install a satnav system in the center dash where like how the stock touring package looks instead of a place I just keep my phone

The short direct answer to the question is, no. A dealer will not install a satnav in place of the cubby. They may install a unit in the place of the OEM radio, but not where the cubby is. Head units will not fit in the cubby hole due to lack of depth. However, your best bet for this type of solution is to go the tablet route and purchase an OEM cubby assembly and modify the door to hold the tablet so you can keep the "place for your phone" and also gain a screen. That's what I'm doing.

I can tell you from experience that my dealership, nor any other ones that I've seen will do so. You can probably get the bezel from a Sport/Touring model and redo it to fit the stock satnav in place. I know I did that with my Ram when I had it and it looked bout stock after everything was said and done.
