Amp advice

I'm looking for some help from all you audio geniuses. I am putting together an audio setup in my z convertible and need to know what amp I should be getting.

Here is my setup so far:
HU-AVIC X940BT
Frt & Rr speakers-Kicker KS600

I will be putting in a single Rockford P1 8" 4 Ohm woofer between the seats.

So, the question is, what amp(s) should I run?
The Kickers say peak watts-195 and rms watts-65. The RF sub says peak watts-400 and rms watts-50-200. Should I run a single amp to the four Kickers and a single to the sub or should I run one amp to all 5? I'm not looking for some vicious setup, just something much better than the bose that was in there.
