Dynamat Xtreme vs Superlite

Howdy all,

I'm currently in the process of dynamatting (and sooner installing) for my new sound system in my Z. I've already dynamatted the trunk (used approx. 8.5/12 sheets in bulk pack) using Dynamat Superlite and next plan to do the doors.

Questions -
1) Has anyone else used Superlite? How did you find it with road noise and how does it compare with Dynamat Xtreme?

I know the common argument of heavier dynamat = more mass = less vibration however I'm interested in people's actual experiences with both products.

2) Is it worth doubling up and using 2 layers of Superlite (or 1 layer Superlite / 1 layer Xtreme) on the doors and trunk?

3) How many sheets of Dynamat do I need to cover the inside and outside skins of both Z doors?
