any ideas on how to stop the sub from rattling so much.i have a 2011 with the magic box with the 13 jl audio sub..some songs with deep bass sound great..but some vibrate with crazy..any ideas..on what i could take out of the truck like the jack or some kind of matting and where i could put it..i put a towel underneath the sub so it sits between the sub and fiberglass box..that helps a good amount ..idk if that was a good idea or not though lol

Do you have the carpet over the top or is it cut out? I know with mine the carpet vibrates.

Retorque the screws on the sub just as a sanity check. You can also visit your local automotive store and get felt tape. Also try getting some packing foam cushion and cut out pieces you want to use to eliminate vibration.

On a serious note, you might have to invest in some Dynomat. Apply it anywhere you can in the trunk and make sure everything in the trunk (under the floor) is tied down tight.

Get some foam tape, and first start with the tools on the left side of the truck, they vibrate a lot under heavy bass. You can use some more foam in the hatch cover. Sound deadening will help tremendously, doesn't matter who's you use as long as you use it. Finaly make sure the box is sitting in the right spot. You mayhave to reposition the spare inderneath it a little to make sure it is sitting down far enough.
