Rear speakers; yes or no?

You can only put shallow 3.5's ( unless ya wanna modify the opening's ) in there where the stock speakers should be ... So I built a speaker box right

So I built a speaker box right behind the rear strut bar to house the 6x9's Most will add a sub woofer but I'm not into that BOOM BOOM BOOM sound
