Will radio decks that are compatible with ipods/ipads charge the ipad while it is plugged in? If so which ones will/will not charge an ipad. My laptops will not charge

Question About Radio Decks
Will radio decks that are compatible with ipods/ipads charge the ipad while it is plugged in? If so which ones will/will not charge an ipad.
My laptops will not charge the ipad so I fear the car deck will not be able to either. Im asking because im looking into a way to mount it permanently in the car but I do not want to have to unplug it from the deck to a charger and vise versa. Thanks!
