Default Adapter for the front door component speakers?

So I've been dying to change out the crappy component speakers on my base model Z, and I already bought the speaker spacers and have the speakers from my old car ready to go in. One thing I'm wondering though, is when I unplug the OEM harness from the OEM speaker, is there an adapter that I could buy to plug it directly into my new speakers? I know that this is the case with my old Civic, and with a lot of other cars as well. Tried searching and googling but can't find a single thing. I would much rather just plug the oem harness directly into my aftermarket component speakers rather than have to run a new wire. Anyone know where to order this, if it exists?

There might be however you still are going to have to run new speaker wire for your tweeter and from the new crossover. So you should save the haste of finding and tapping factory wires and just run new wire. It is fairly simple.

If your installing new speakers the proper way is to buy a set of component speakers. where it comes with a speaker and a tweeter separate.

If your just installing coaxial speakers where everything is built in, I would highly advise you not too and just go with a component set. You will be much happier.

So the reason you need to run new speaker and tweeter wire is because your installing a new one of both.

Plus the speaker wire you get will probably be better quality and actually transmit signal better than the stock stuff.
