Aux in for using Android phone for music
All,
I have had an iphone for the longest time but now I switched to Samsung Galaxy Skyrocket. I have 2009 Z with Nav. I bought a regular aux cable with 1/8" connectors but I cant find the AUX IN port on the car....never even paid attention to it before... There is a button that says DISC/AUX, another thing for Compact Flash Card on the center console. Under the armrest if the ipod cable that came with it. But WHERE is the AUX IN that I can just connect my phone with? Bluetooth streaming doesnt work with this model..How are you guys going around this? Regards, |
On my 2012 it's in the console storage along with the usb port and 12V port.

pull up the cup holder in arm rest?

Check your owners manual, it should point where its at for your car. On mine its on the right side of the head unit.
|
owner's manual in secret compartment behind passenger seat.

so I have a RCA port instead of a regular 1/8" Aux port in the arm rest area. Works just fine..bought a RCA cable with 1/8" on the other side.
Thank you all |
