Since the factory unit cannot be replaced, has anyone ever regretted getting it? For instance if there are aftermarket navs with better features/technologies that might suit you better?

I like my Nav. Although I have not done my upgrade yet I plan to. Just doing my research so I only have to spend money once. I bought it for the looks I have not seen anything after market that looks as good.

My nav was installed when i bought the car. The biggest problem is that i coudnt get any updat for almost two years (i live in the Netherlands) so i always use my Tomtom live 1005. Now there is a update available for 350,- euros. My tomtom didnt even cost that much and works better, has update every 3 months. And i can take it inside.

Hell no!
I think the din looks great with the nav in there. I like the interface, and being able to do voice commands. Was still able to upgrade my stereo without much additional $$$. I use the nav on a regular basis here in DFW for work. LOVE it

Love the factory Nav. So many functions for the phone and music interface. Looks great also.
