Nissan 370Z Forum - Advice please!

I have my kenwood 9980 set up in my 2011 370 z sport, non bose. Now I want speakers. when I get to hiway speed my stock speakers give up. So now i am looking at speakers either Focal or hertz hi energy 165? I want sound to have cleaner volume. At this point I dont want to add an amp and sub! Which sound the best to you folks who know? I thank you alll for the info and help i have had here!

I was in your shoes about going with the Focal or Hertz. I went with the Hertz Hi-Energy 165Xl. My sig shows what I have for audio & it sounds pretty effen clean. I have no regrets & I would definitely do it again.

OP if you get HSKs i hop you intend to amplify them because otherwise you will be sorely disappointed.

Both are great brands

Focal for brighter highs

Image dynamics and hertz for a smoother sound.
