Default Sat radio not working!!!

A few months ago, i got a subscription to XM, it worked for about a month, then began to cut in and out pretty bad. One day it just stopped working completely. I got the signal resent to it about 10 times by XM, i went through all the trouble shooting, restarted ECU, went to the Nissan dealership who said they can't do anything, that it's on the XM side that needs to be corrected. I can't think of anything but the wiring, the AM/FM/NAVI/IPOD all work, does anyone have any insight on this???? Any help would be greatly appreciated, THANKS!

If the head unit or receiver is working correctly, did the dealership check the antenna..May be a faulty part.

I will tell you right now, if you can get the preview channel to stream (channel 184 I believe) then it is an XM problem, if you can't, it is the hardware (Nissan).

there is no sound at all, not even on the preview channel. I wonder what to do, because the dealership says that they can't do anything about it.
