The 2009 doesn't support a music profile (A2DP) for Bluetooth - it was added In 2010. The Belkin seems like it would work but you need an adapter to convert

In 2010. The Belkin seems like it would work but you need an adapter to convert to RCA - this music ones includes an RCA adapter but you probably won't be able to switch to phone calls / Siri easily: Amazon.com: Belkin F8Z492TTP Bluetooth Music Receiver: MP3 Players & Accessories Seems like you would need a car power adapter for it though.
