2012 370z ST w/nav issues with Nav and climate control

Here is a summary of events thus far, I just bought this car on last Friday. Please help.. I am going to take it back to the dealer. But for now any thoughts.

On 5-12-12 going to colo spgs I noticed the climate control would change mode after turning off and then back on. Example, mode would be on high vent, I would turn it off, then when I turned it back on the mode would be set at floor vent.

When returning from colo spgs, the nav "lost its route at I25 And us36 turnpike. It then stated unable to recalculate route. I had to cancel current route and reinitiate home destination function. It took about 60 sec for it to calculate route and then it worked ok the rest of the way home.

On 5-14-12, going to work the climate control changed modes again after turning it off and back on.
When I left work to go home I had just pulled out of the parking lot and pushed the auto button for climate control, I then heard a "ding", and the voice began to instruct me to a destination. I was unable to figure out what destination, but I had not set a destination, nor had I even accessed the navigation functions.
I then went to the bank after I had gotten home. When I left the bank I noticed that the climate mode was now on bi-level. I had never changed it to this.

Read about and explored possibility of extended storage switch in wrong position. Appears to be correct.
