Default Big 3 Audio Upgrade

So I'm planning to use 4AWG cable for

(1) battery to alternator (+) to battery (+)
(2) engine to chassis
(3) battery (-) to chassis

the alternator seems to be deep down in the engine bay, does anyone know where it is and how I can reach down there to attach a wire?

also, where is the engine ground point?

thanks in advance

Any particular reason why your doing the big 3? Just was wondering. I personally have not done it on any 370z so I am not sure how much help I can be.

Based on the internet on aftermarket stereo system, people say its beneficial to upgrade the grounding wires to preventing electrical problems. Plus it only costs about $30 max for some 4 gauge wires and crimps.

I was debating whether to do it or not, and I figured it wouldn't hurt.
