to not clutter the other guys thread.. what rear panels would you need be sent to you for this? maybe circle them in the pic? Do you not just have a mold for these and they are custom made every time?

The panels that sit under where those pads are sitting now must be sent to me. They are the base of the entire pod. This allows you to remove them just like the factory panels can be removed. It is much more secure than trying to make something to hold them in place.

Any information on how the sound is when using a set of components + these rear 6.5 inch speaker pods? I was looking into doing this to avoid having to install a sub+amp. Could just run all 4 speakers off a Kenwood headunit. I am not looking for much boomy bass at all so If running 6.5 inch speakers in the rear would add to my bass output at all I would be happy. Current setup will be Polk DB6501's with a Kenwood Dx319 headunit. Any recommendation on rear speakers to add to this setup and what it would add to the sound?

If your looking at not wanting to get a sub, I would recommend getting a higher end set of speakers like hertz or focal, they should provide enough bass to satisfy. Adding another set of budget speakers to the rear is not really going to help.
