Default avic z120bt should i or not

just a couple hours ago i still owned a 06 350z and i bought a pioneer HU avic120bt for it 2 weeks ago but didnt get it installed yet cuz i was waiting for them to get the sirius sat tuner anyways....
today i picked up a brandnew 2012 370z touring with non navi bose HU now i am debating if i should go ahead and get the deck installed or if i should sell it and just go with the stock HU and i have a few ??? bout it
so here it goes:
1. will the original sat. antenna provide me with serious sat radio on the avic120bt
2. are all the steering controls still working after the install
3. what will i need for the install besides the dash kit (probably or not)

thank u guys in advance i hope i can still make use of the unit since realy like it!!!

you need a seperate tuner for your sattelite radio to function, and a seperate tuner for your hd radio to function as well. Hd tuner will work off your factory antenna, sattelite tuner will have its own antenna.
you will need an antenna adaptor, wiring harness, and a steering wheel control adaptor. I don't believe you need the dash kit, bit I can't say with 100% certainty. That bit of research you need to do on your own, as there is some controversy whether you need it or not.

actually, the sirius tuner is brand specific with your pioneer HU, and will work in any car

You can reuse your stock satellite antenna if you go XM with pioneer (I did it). The steering wheel buttons will mostly work but I haven't (and don't know of anyone else) been able to get the phone buttons to work.

As mentioned you need the dash kit, radio harness, and antenna harness.
